📋 使用方法 (每邊鼻孔每日可用 2-6 次)
日常清潔： 頭直望，噴咀放入鼻孔，每邊噴 1-2 次，待分泌物流出後抹乾。
深層清潔： 頭向一側傾斜，噴咀放入鼻孔上部份，長按噴 2-3 秒，待分泌物流出後抹乾。
小貼士：首次使用請先空噴 1 次啟動系統；每次用完請用熱水清洗噴咀並抹乾蓋好。

📋 How to Use (Use 2 to 6 times a day per nostril)
Daily Hygiene & Moisturizing: Keep head straight, insert the nozzle into the nostril, and spray 1-2 times. Let excess solution flow out, blow and wipe your nose.
Deeper Cleansing: Tilt head to one side, insert the nozzle into the upper part of the nostril, and press for 2-3 seconds. Let excess solution flow out, blow and wipe your nose.
Tips: On first use, spray once to prime the system. Clean the nozzle with hot water and dry after each use.
