Each Tablet contains: 1000mg of Elemental Calcium & 800IU of Vitamin D3
Calcium has a structural role in bones and teeth; Vitamin D increases absorption of calcium. An adequate intake of Calcium can support the development and preservation of bone mass.
Adult: One chewable tablet once daily; The tablets can be chewed or sucked, can be taken with or without food and drink. Or as directed by doctor.
If you have renal calcium stone formation, do not take this product. Store below 25˚C and keep out of the reach of children. Store in tightly closed original container in order to protect from moisture and light.
